Wij verzenden de onderdelen met PostNL of DHL als vervoerder. Je ontvangt na verzending van ons een track en trace code op het e-mail adres dat je hebt achter gelaten, zodat je je pakket kan volgen.
Alle online bestellingen worden verzonden zodra wij het bedrag van de bestelling ontvangen hebben, doorgaans is dit dezelfde werkdag, maar uiterlijk binnen 48 uur.
Je hebt het recht jouw online bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst te annuleren. Je hebt na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen. Je krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag gecrediteerd. In sommige gevallen krijg je ook de verzendkosten gecrediteerd.
Indien je gebruik maakt van het herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en in de originele staat en dichte verpakking aan ons geretourneerd worden. Is een onderdeel beschadigd of gebruikt in de zichtperiode, dan kunnen wij waardevermindering in rekening brengen of de retour niet accepteren.

Neem ALTIJD eerst contact met ons op, voordat je iets terugstuurt.
Teruggestuurde onderdelen zonder retourformulier of zonder eerst aangemeld te zijn bij ons, worden niet in behandeling genomen.
Je krijgt van ons een retour label, zodat wij zicht hebben op de retourzending.
Wij zullen het verschuldigde orderbedrag, binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van jouw retour terugstorten, mits het product in goede originele staat retour ontvangen is en in de originele dichte plastic verpakking zit en dus niet gemonteerd is geweest.
Nieuwe onderdelen die wij speciaal voor u besteld hebben, kunnen wij NIET retour nemen!
Terms and conditions
We ship all parts with Myparcel as carrier.
After paying us you will receive a track and trace code at the e-mail address you left behind so that you can track your package. The costs for this are clearly indicated during the ordering process. For the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 7,25
All orders are shipped as soon as we have received the amount of the order, usually this is the same day.
On normal working days; ordered before 4.00 pm, the next day at home!
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount (excluding) shipping costs, in consultation with us, depending on the reason for return.
If you use the right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right you can contact us via info@tweedehandswitgoedoss.nl.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Return exceptions
Used parts that are installed in the machine may not always be returned later. There is a chance that the part has been defected due to this (incorrect) assembly. This certainly applies to printed circuit boards, modules.
Module/ Circuit boards can not be returned !
So please contact us before you send it back to us.
